Incredible Edible is growing! Despite all the odds in 2020 and beyond, we’re proud of what we’ve been able to achieve with limited resources. Kindness breeds kindness and we have big plans for the future. Can you help us with any of the following?
We want to brighten up our town. Do you have a wall space where we can work with local artists to paint murals?
- Public Edible Beds
Do you have an unloved or unused patch of land near your house? Want us to work with you to adopt a public edible bed?
- Skills & Experience
We’re expanding our volunteer team and looking for people from all backgrounds. Don’t think your business studies degree counts for much? Think again!
We’re working with a couple of schools at the moment and keen to work with more. If you work in a school and want to see what we can do for you, get in touch.
As we grow, our storage requirements grow too. Can you help us with this?
Do you have space for a greenhouse? A poly tunnel? Shed, garage or container? If so, we want to know about it!
We’ve got an amazing community in and around the Leeds area who have already supported us in a variety of different ways. If you’re able to help in any of the above areas, please contact us.
Growing your own food
The best thing about growing your own fruit and veg is that anyone can do it. You just need some seeds, a bit of soil and a container. It doesn’t have to be a plant pot – you can make your own from newspaper or recycled items such as tins or cardboard.
We want to hear from you! Send us your home growing pictures to one of our social channels or drop us an message..
